The RKX Carnivore™ Glock 17 Gen 6 holster represents the next evolution of our competition holster platform. While our original Glock holster was designed around the longer Glock 34, allowing it to accommodate Glock 17 and Glock 19 pistols, many shooters preferred a holster specifically sized for the Glock 17 without the additional length required for the Glock 34 slide.

With Glock’s latest Gen 6 lineup focusing on the Glock 17 platform and the Glock 34 continuing to decline in popularity, we developed an entirely new holster body centered around the Glock 17 Gen 6.

The result is a holster with the correct overall length for the Glock 17, a higher undercut beneath the trigger guard for improved grip access during the draw, and an updated body profile for an even more refined fit and feel. The back of every holster is clearly marked G17-6 for easy model identification.

Although optimized for the Glock 17 Gen 6, the holster is also designed to be compatible with previous-generation Glock 17 pistols and Glock 19 models, providing excellent versatility across multiple generations.

Our patented retention system puts complete control at your fingertips.

A low-profile switch, perfectly positioned for your index finger, allows you to instantly lock or unlock the firearm with a simple swipe. Push up to unlock. Push down to engage. The spring-loaded mechanism provides positive engagement while remaining natural and effortless during your draw.

An integrated thumbscrew allows precise adjustment of friction retention, so you can fine-tune the draw exactly the way you prefer—from an ultra-light competition setup to additional retention for added confidence.

Universal Mounting System

Every RKX Carnivore holster features our new universal mounting pattern, allowing direct compatibility with both:

• Blade-Tech® 3-hole mounting pattern
• Safariland® QLS mounting pattern

Holster-only configurations include both 0.2″ and 0.4″ spacers for precise fitment and adjustment.

Complete holster kits that include the RKX proprietary hanger come with all required mounting hardware for direct installation—no adapters required.
