Shipping and payments

We do ship internationally for some products, but there are restrictions. Due to US law, certain items cannot be exported. Additionally, for heavy or bulky items, shipping costs may not be calculated accurately. If the actual shipping cost is lower than what you were charged, you will be refunded the difference. Conversely, if the cost is higher, we will contact you to request the additional payment.

If you are an international customer and wish to place an order, please try ordering directly through our website. If you see a shipping option, we can sell you the product. If no shipping options are available, it may be due to a restricted product or because we do not ship to your country. Please note that import fees may apply when your package enters your country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and will need to be paid separately before you can receive your package.

Important: We do not guarantee the safe delivery of international shipments. Once an item leaves the US, it is entirely your responsibility. If you encounter issues with the carrier or your country’s customs upon arrival, it is not our responsibility. Also, all international returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Order Modification, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

All transactions processed through our website are subject to a credit card processing fee. This fee is assessed by our third-party payment processor and is non-refundable once a transaction has been completed. The fee typically consists of approximately 3% of the transaction total in addition to a fixed per-transaction charge. Please note that all refunds issued, including those related to order cancellations or returns, will be less the applicable processing fees.

Customers requesting order cancellations should contact us promptly. While we will make every reasonable effort to halt processing, we cannot guarantee that orders can be intercepted once submitted. If an order has already been processed, we will assist in initiating the return process in accordance with our standard return procedures.

To add items to an existing order, customers are advised to place a separate order for the additional items. Upon receipt of the new order number, we will make reasonable efforts to consolidate shipments where possible. Any duplicate shipping charges will be refunded, less applicable processing fees.

Orders Not Yet Shipped

Due to system limitations associated with payment processing, modifications to existing orders are limited. While item removals or adjustments may be possible in certain cases, any resulting refunds may require up to 72 hours to process unless the order is canceled in full. This processing period is necessary to comply with security and fraud prevention protocols.

In most cases, the most efficient method for modifying an order is to request a cancellation and submit a new order. Provided the order has not yet shipped, this process can typically be completed without issue.

We are happy to assist with exchanges for incorrect orders. You have two options:

**Option 1:** Send the incorrect product back to us along with a note that includes your order number and the correct item you wish to receive. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship you the replacement.

**Option 2:** Purchase the correct item and then return the incorrect one. After we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the order of the replacement item. This option allows for a quicker exchange.

Please note, do not open or use the incorrect item. Used items, especially those with opened or tampered hardware packs, may not be eligible for return.

We strive to be as accurate and efficient as possible when handling shipments, but we are not infallible. If you discover that an item from your order is missing or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as you can. We will promptly send you the correct item and provide you with a return label for the incorrect item. When you receive the corrected item, simply place the wrong item in the box with the provided label, and it will be returned to us.

Yes, we offer a discount for all active and former United States military personnel and law enforcement officers. To receive the discount, please email us at [email protected] and include proof of your service, such as an ID or DD214. We’ll be happy to assist you!

Returns and exchanges

Please contact us within the first 15 days after receiving your item. Let us know which item you would like to return and what you need in exchange, and we will provide you with a return slip. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the new item. If there is a refund or additional payment required, we will process that before shipping the new item.

If you have had the item for more than 15 days but less than 30 days, we are happy to offer you store credit for the item.

Please note that if the return is not due to a defect or error on the part of RangeKinetX, the costs of both the initial shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We understand that circumstances may change after a purchase is made. For 15 days following your purchase, if your item remains in new condition and in its original packaging, please contact us via email and we will provide a return shipping label.

For items returned after 15 days but within 30 days of purchase, we are pleased to offer store credit in the amount of the approved return.

Please note that, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on the part of RangeKinetX, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

In addition, all transactions are subject to a credit card processing fee imposed by our third-party payment processor. This fee is non-refundable once a transaction has been completed and typically consists of approximately 3% of the transaction total plus a fixed processing charge. As such, any refunds issued will be reduced by the applicable processing fees.

We offer both a warranty and a guarantee for our products. Our warranty ensures that our work is free from defects and protects against any failures due to manufacturing issues. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Additionally, we guarantee your satisfaction. If you use our product and are not satisfied with its performance, function, fit, or finish, we will either refund your purchase or provide a replacement.

Our warranties vary in length depending on the product, but all offer the same level of coverage. If a product breaks due to defective parts or workmanship, we will replace it within the warranty period.

Please note:

  • Products cannot be altered or modified.
  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • In some cases, we may ask for defective products to be returned to us.

If a product fails due to abuse, mishandling, failure to follow instructions, alteration, or an accident, we will NOT replace the product free of charge.

  • You are welcome to return products, and we will do our best to repair them at our expense. However, products that cannot be repaired will be discarded, and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
